Bao Sheng Festival, Bao An temple, Taipei.

Firecrackers. On the 14th day of the 3rd lunar month in the Chinese calendar, the birthday of the Bao Sheng Emperor is celebrated at Taipei's Bao-an Temple, in a riot of color, firecrackers, ritual and sound. The Bao-an temple itself was constructed in 1805.
